Electronic Delivery
Electronic Delivery is the fastest mode of delivery available. However, not all products qualify for Electronic Delivery. Products which can be deliveried electronically are usually marked "Electronic" in brackets. They are usually game codes or product keys which can be transferred via e-mail.
Local Courier Delivery
The standard processing / fulfilment lead time depends on
a case by case basis depending on the items availability.
After an order has been received, our customer service representatives
will call you personally to confirm your order, as well as
inform you the date and time of delivery. If the item is ordered
based on a pre-order basis, it will only be delivered after
it has been released. All orders above $40 are deliveried free of charge! Otherwise, a delivery fee of $5 applies.
Our delivery hours are very flexible from 8a.m to 10p.m daily
including weekends and public holidays.
As our privileged customer, you will be able to suggest the
most comfortable time you will like our delivery personnel
to make the delivery right to your doorstep.
International Express Shipping (2 - 3 working days)
We work together with our worldwide express logistics partners,
UPS, Fedex and EMS, to bring you the best service and low
shipping rates to your destination. All shipment are automatically
insured up to a norminal value depending on the carrier, giving
you a peace of mind. All shipping cost are on a to be advised basis during the order checkout process and the exact cost will be made known once we have received your order. This is to allow us to evaluate your order and destination details so as to advise you on the best carrier option available.
International Standard Shipping (7 - 14 working days)
For the cost conscious, we also offer low shipping rates to
worldwide destinations. All parcels are registered, hence
they are traceable in case of non-delivery. The shipping time
required is longer but your order reaches you just the same!

Returns
We offer a return policy for defective goods. If the items
that you purchase are defective, just contact us and we will
do an exchange with the manufacturer/distributor for you.

This return policy applies ONLY to defective
products such as discs that cannot be read in an unmodified
console. We will not exchange any product if you have
bought them by mistake or if you do not meet the minimum hardware/software requirements to operate the product. |

must be in their original packaging and all manuals, accessories
etc must be returned. |
