Sales Administrator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and provide administrative support in the Sales & Marketing Dept
• Ensure stock availability in the system and processing of orders
• Update catalog and ensure that the price information is correct
• Handle customer queries with regards to their orders
• Liaise with customers regarding the fulfillment of their orders
• Perform general administrative duties

Requirements

• Possess at least 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business Studies or relevant studies preferred
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Internet savy
• Proficient in the written form of English
• Knowledge and interest in gaming/IT consumer products will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduate/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
